Test & Measurement Systems Inc. warrants to any user that purchases a valid license from TAMS for the product specified above that the product is "Year 2000 Compliant."

Year 2000 Compliant Products do not exhibit any anomalous behavior when the computer's date is set to any date between 1 January 1999 and 1 January 2001, or as the computer's clock transitions between the dates specified.

All time and date operations and calculations performed by the software specified above will perform in accordance with the product documentation provided by Test & Measurement Systems Inc. provided that the operating system and its associated applications properly compute and exchange date data.

Nothing in this warranty shall be construed to apply to application software developed by customers or purchased from other sources. Or to the computer operating system on which the TAMS software is operating.

This warranty shall extend through January 1, 2001. This warranty does not extend any other warranty that may be applicable to the product specified above.
