BASIC Keyboard Template

BASIC/WS originally included a keyboard template for the HP-HIL keyboard.  There were several different ones produced.  These templates are no longer available, but here is the layout of one of the most common.

When in Compatibility mode, use Extend char to access SYSTEM Functions
