How To Order:

When ordering, please provide the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Bill-to-address
- Ship-to-address
- Name and phone number of the purchasing agent
- Name and phone number of technical contact
- Name and part number of product(s) ordered
- Quantity of product(s) ordered
- Desired delivery date
- Preferred method of shipment. (Our standard method is UPS Ground Service)

Delivery:
Every effort will be made to process your order expediently and meet your desired delivery schedule. Most orders are shipped from available stock within two days of our receipt of your order, but
larger orders may take from one to twelve weeks depending on available
stock and production schedule.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
TAMS' customary method of shipment is UPS, prepaid and added to
your invoice. We do not mark up shipping costs, so whatever UPS charges us is what we add to your invoice.
If a different carrier is desired, please advise your specific carrier account number. Use of carriers other than UPS
will delay shipment by one day. TAMS ships worldwide. Please contact us for specific payment and shipping options for
international orders. We will be happy to provide a proforma invoice.
Since our products are small and light weight, all international orders should be shipped airfreight.
Our standard INCOTERMS are FCA: Loveland, CO USA. All freight, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Quotations:
We will be pleased to furnish price and delivery quotations by e-mail or fax.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms:
Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, company check, certified check, money order, or direct T/T.
In some cases, a letter of credit may be required. Please contact us for specific details regarding our terms for a Letter of Credit.
For companies with credit established, our standard terms are NET 30 days.
Return of Products:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return a
product within 30 days and TAMS will refund the full purchase price.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If you need to return a product, please call to obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA). Product should be returned to the address below and the RMA number should be clearly marked on all packages and documents.
Product returned for credit or refund after 30 days will be charged a
20% restock fee, but product returns for credit or refund are
generally not accepted after 90 days.
