Here you may download the driver for the TAMS 61622 PCI-GPIO Interface card for Windows NT4.  This driver only works with the TAMS 61622 card on Windows NT4

Instructions for Loading Drivers:
(Note:  The Agilent I/O Library for Windows (aka: SICL) p/n E2094 should be installed before this driver)

  1. After downloading, unzip the driver to a directory using WinZip or similar utility.
  2. Double click setup.exe to start the installation.
