The update utility uses the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or later.  
If you have not installed the .NET Framework 1.1 (or later), you can download it (~24MB) from Microsoft.

The Agilent I/O Libraries rev M, or Suite 14.2 or later are also needed for the updater.
The I/O Libraries are available from the Agilent Developer Network. (ADN)

WARNING: Do NOT run this updater program with Vista, it will leave the device in an unusable state.
