Generally, most servers need only a two user license. One is for a user at the console the other is for an unlimited number of users connected via the network. The reason for multiple user licenses is if you use a DTC that allows several terminals to connect to one system. Each DTC counts as one license connection. So, if you have 10 users connected via a DTC then you need to have an 11 user license. If you have 10 users connecting to a system via network connections then you only need a two user license. Each HP-UX 9.10 server requires its own license.
