All orders for upgrades should be accompanied by the appropriate proof of ownership of a previous version of the same product.

Acceptable Proof for SRM/UX, HP-BASIC, HP BASIC Plus, & CDwriter consists of a photocopy of the serialized License certificate that was supplied with the product.

The proof of ownership criteria for HP BASIC was established by Hewlett Packard and TAMS is contractually bound to those conditions. For special circumstances please contact TAMS marketing department for assistance.
